Service Description

Blitz provides online ordering services on behalf of customers. We act as your authorized agent to place orders with retailers and service providers.


Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information, authorize purchases, and pay all charges including order totals and service fees. customer must also notify us within 48 hoursrs after the order has been delivered if something is missing from the order to qualify for a refund on that item so that blitz can request a refund from the platform it was ordered from


Payment Terms

Service fees are disclosed before order placement. Payment method must be on file before placing an order. Payment is due upon delivery of the items ordered. We accept major credit cards (information can be taken directly over the phone) and ACH payments. For ACH payments, customers must complete and return our ACH authorization form before processing. By giving us their payment info the customer authorizes Blitz to charge that payment method for the invoiced amount of that order ( order total plus blitz fee) at any time after the customer authorizes us to place the order.


Order Accuracy

We strive for 100% accuracy in all orders. Any errors will be promptly corrected. Customers are responsible for verifying order details before confirmation. Blitz does not have any delivery drivers so we have no control on shipping/delivery delays so Blitz is only responsible to place the order accurately and is not responsible for delayed orders.


SMS Terms of Service

By opting into SMS from a web form, verbal consent or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from Blitz Ordering. This includes SMS messages for conversations (external), order alerts, questions about your order, order confirmations, reminders about payments due, reminders about travel booked through Blitz, and billing related questions.  Message frequency varies. Liability

Our liability is limited to the service fee paid. We are not responsible for retailer policies, product defects, or shipping delays beyond our control.


Refunds and Returns

Returns and refunds are handled according to the original retailer's policies. Service fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
